A: If you haven’t received a tracking number yet , contact us via email and we’ll provide the carrier’s name along with the tracking number (if available). 

A: Keep in mind your order status will continue to show “processing ” until it is marked delivered by the shipping carrier. 

A.) When you purchase a new AirPods and the microphone is not working , that sounds like an insufficient power issue . This is because when the devices are shipped , they’re not fully charged due to shipping regulations. To resolve the AirPods microphone not working issue, follow our troubleshooting guide below. 
 
First charge the headphones for a few hours until it’s 100% Charged, and then follow the following steps:
 
1. Install the airpods into the charging box;
2. Open the lid of the charging box;
3. Long press the small button on the back of the charging box;
4. The flashing white light of the charging box indicates that the factory settings have been restored successfully;
5. Re-pair airpods and mobile phones.
 
These steps will help fix the issue when your new AirPods microphone is not working. 

A: Although your order has been placed it’s not yet confirmed until we manually verify the legitimacy of the payment method. The charge you currently see is an authorization hold placed by you. Once we validate the payment your Peep My Drip order status will then be changed to processed! We look forward to fulfilling your order soon.

A: Average standard shipping time for items we have in stock within the US is 3-10 business days or longer.

A.) When sound is only coming out of one of your new AirPods Max earphones it could be due to insufficient power. 
Please follow these instructions :
 
1.) First, fully charge the earphone and disconnect the phone.
2.) Put the earphone into the black cover
3.) Take it out again and connect it again. 
 
Alternatively , you can have someone record a video of you while you’re performing these steps this way we can help point out any issues or missed points .

A: You can’t cancel a subscription payment once you’re subscribed. However, you can turn off auto renewal so that you won’t be charged the next billing circle. 

A: To track your order status, go to PeepMyDrip.Com, login , then go to “orders” under your account .

A: Manage your Big Drip Club subscription here , to cancel , update your billing info or renew your monthly plan. Alternatively, you can click on the link at the bottom of our site that says “Subscription Portal”.

A: Refunds take 5-10 business days once issued , depending on your bank.

A: If you return an item that has been opened , and not eligible for resale, we’ll issue you a partial refund for the return item upon receiving.

A: Although you returned an item , it doesn’t mean we’ve received it. However , once we receive your item, we’ll automatically refund you .

A: Peep My Drip shipping fee is a flat rate of $8.00 per item.

A: When the availability of a product shows “Available on backorder ” it means that the product you’re attempting to purchase is currently out of stock. However, by ordering that item you’ll be first in the queue to receive it once it’s back in stock. 

A: We’ll take it back and exchange it for a different product , size, or issue you a refund.

A: There’s not really much difference in the smell.  The only difference from Eau De Toilette and Eau De Parfum ,  is how long they last.  For example , an Eau De Toilette may last 1 hour , while Eau De Parfum may only last 2 hour

How to save a card on file :
 
1.) Go to our website 
2.) Sign in then Click on my account 
3.) Once you’ve login , click on add payment method  
4.) Add the card you used to make a purchase 
5.) Click on add payment method again then your card will be saved. 

A: If your item is lost in transit due to you entering an inaccurate shipping info, we’ll refund. However, you’ll first need to add a card on file to ensure we receive the item back if it’s delivered at a later date.
