Fast Shipping

Most orders placed on a week day will typically be processed within one to three business days. Place your order before the weekend to have your order processed in 3 business days. All purchases made after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed by the following business day. Expect your order to be delivered within 3-10 business days after it’s processed , depending on your location.

Multiple or bulk quantity orders on Peep My Drip from the same account will be processed separately and shipped out individually. Shipping speed is subject to the carrier’s policy. Please check directly with us before placing an order for an estimated delivery date.

Refunds

A processing fee of 3.95% + $0.60 applies to every refunds. Refunds will take 5-10 days to appear on your bank statement. Our payment processor fees of 3.95% + $0.60 plus the shipping cost for the original payment won’t be returned, but there are no additional fees from Peep My Drip for the return if the item is in it’s original condition.

Refund deduction on Based On Conditions :

  • New: If the item(s) is returned in its original condition , unused , and unopened we’ll refund the full order amount.
  • Opened: If the item is returned, opened , or used , we'll deduct the cost of shipping plus processing fee of 3.95% + $0.60 because the item condition is different than the condition we issued it in.

Free Returns

Buying fragrances online should be simple. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Peep My Drip order, please contact us directly to solve the issue. In most cases, we will gladly accept returns, at your expense. Note : We do not provide shipping labels for returns . You’re responsible for the return of the item(s).

Upon receipt of the items , we’ll notify you , followed by a refund according to the condition of the returned item.

Exchange An Item :

If you'd like to exchange an item , you can do so . However , we only accept exchange for items that are still in their original box and have not been opened . If you have disassembled the product , it cannot be exchanged because it has been used and we do not sell used products , which makes it ineligible for resell.

All exchanges must be equal to the same value. If the product you wish to exchange with is more, you'll pay the different prior to us shipping out the new item.

If the item you're exchanging is more than the product you want, we'll refund the price difference after the order is marked delivered by the carrier.

If you received the wrong item, you'll first need to return the wrong item using the shipping label we provided before we can issue refunds , arrange exchange or reshipment.

If you’re unsatisfied with your order on PeepMyDrip.com, you have 30 business days from the date of delivery to report a product quality issue or initiate a claim with us if you’re not happy with the product you received .
Please note Peep My Drip only covers orders placed using Klarna, credit, or debit cards directly on PeepMyDrip.com.

You’re covered if :

• You did not receive the items you paid for.
• You returned an item to us in the same condition.
• You received a defective product.
• Your products are not shipped on time.
• Your products do not meet the agreed quality standards.

  • You received the wrong product.

Note: If you’re disappointed with an order, we recommend contacting us directly for a refund. If we agree to honor your refund request, payment will be returned within ten business days. If not, Peep My Drip find other means to resolve the claim.

Peep My Drip Refund Option :

  • If the products have been opened , you can keep the item and receive a partial refund back to your original payment method .
  • If the item is opened , keep the item and receive a partial refund to your Peep My Drip account as an account credit .
  • Return the item in its original condition , unused , and unopened for a full refund.
  • Return the item opened or used for a refund ( subject to processing & initial shipping fees).

  • Refusal Of Return Responsibility : If you refuse to return an item at your expense it will be noted in case a challenge arises. We’ll do our best to issue a return shipping label . The shipping label cost will later be shifted to you. Fees for any opened item(s) from your return will still apply.

Cancellations Fees : A cancellation fee of 3.95% + $0.60 applies after we process your order . If the order has been shipped, it can not be canceled while it’s in the carrier’s possession. To cancel an order already shipped, you must wait until it’s delivered then return it to us within 30 days from the date of delivery , at your own expense .

Fee on Returned Items Based On Condition :

  • New: : If the item(s) is returned in its original condition , unused , and unopened we’ll waive cancellation fee of 3% + $0.60 as well as the shipping cost.
  • Opened: If the item is returned, opened , or used , we’ll charge half the cost of the item due to the product being ineligible for resell.
  • Refusal Of Return Responsibility : We do not provide shipping labels for returns . You’re responsible for the return of the item(s). However , if you refuse to return an item at your expense, we’ll do our best to issue a return shipping label . The shipping label cost will later be shifted to you. We’ll also deduct the shipping cost and a cancellation fee of 3% + $0.60 from your refund ; regardless whether the item is new or used.
