1. Purpose

1.1 We want to welcome you to PeepMyDrip.com. If you are browsing , or using any of our online services, theses Terms & Conditions ( “Agreement” or “Terms” ) are the contract between you and Peep My Drip , LLC, as operator of the Site and App (as defined below), and Peep My Drip LLC (the “Company” ), as the company that uses the Site and App to sell products to you, collect payment and process your returns (where applicable, “Peep My Drip LLC,” “we,” “us,” and “our” shall refer to Peep My Drip , LLC. and (or) Peep My Drip LLC and “you” or “your” shall refer to the user of the Services (as defined below). These Terms govern your use of our website at PeepMyDrip.com (the “Site,” which includes other versions of the Site, such as PeepMyDrip.com), any mobile applications ( “Apps” ) that direct to this Agreement, any other written, electronic, and oral communications with Peep My Drip LLC and its affiliated entities, or any websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that direct to this Agreement (collectively, including the Site and Apps, the “Services” ).

Peep My Drip , LLC primarily offers its Services in the United States, but may give international affiliated entities the ability to use the Site or App (and associated Company intellectual property, trademarks, and marketing rights for Company products) in order to sell its Company products to local customers. As for now , we are only in the United States Of America, and our permitted seller and payment collection entity is Peep My Drip ,LLC.

You may only use our Services if you first agree to be bound by all local applicable laws and to these Terms. If you reside in another country but are willing to buy our products and have it shipped to your residing country, you may be redirected to another site or link, if applicable. You will be subject to the Terms of that site being redirected to.

Additionally, you can learn more by reviewing our Privacy Policy at any time for information on how we collect, store, and protect your personal information while you use our services. Please note that Our Privacy Policy is referenced here for informational purposes being they’re in conjunction with our Terms as set forth herein.

1.2 Terms Of Use . To shop online or in store with us, you must be at least 17 years old. By accessing, browsing, or using our services is an acknowledgement that you’ve agreed to the written terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of our Terms, then you may immediately stop accessing or using our services. We ask that you thoroughly read this agreement entirely before attempting to use any of our services.

General Disclaimer

Account Credits

In most cases, Peep My Drip may give you account credits (“Peep My Drip Account  Credits” or “Credits”), either for promotional purposes, refunds or otherwise, to be used for purchasing goods and (or) similar services available on our Site. Your available Account Credit balance will appear in your account. Your valid Peep My Drip account Credits will be automatically applied to your next purchase and can be viewed in your order details after you place an order. Unless stated, Peep My Drip Account Credits expire on the given expiration date as shown in your account. Peep My Drip Account Credits serve only as a credit to use on Peep My Drip, and, therefore, are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value and are nonrefundable once issued. Once used, Peep My Drip Credits may not be returned to your account even if your Order gets canceled for any reason. Peep My Drip Credits may be subject to additional terms and conditions as disclosed to you upon receipt of the Credits. Credits may be seized for suspicion of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms. Peep My Drip reserves the right to modify or cancel the Peep My Drip Account Credits program at any time. If you or Peep My Drip deactivate or suspend your Peep My Drip account, any unused Peep My Drip Credits in your account will be forfeited that day.

Promo Codes

Every now and then we may offer promo codes for purchasing goods and (or) other services offered on our Site, as special discounts. Promo Codes are valid only for purchases on Peep My Drip and are subject to seasonal time limitations and will expire after their predefined date. To use your promo code, enter the coupon code on the checkout screen. If you fail to use your code, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Some promo codes are limited to one use per user and may not be used or combined with any other promotional codes. For orders that are eligible for one or more discount codes, the promo code will apply to the first product only. Promo Codes do not apply to Peep My Drip Credits. Promo codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions as disclosed to you upon receipt of the codes. Promo codes may be voided in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service. Peep My Drip reserves the right to modify, withdraw , discontinue , remove or cancel promo codes at any time.

Sales Taxes

  • Peep My Drip may be required by applicable laws to charge users with sales taxes (even if you’re outside of the state of florida or to withhold taxes). Any amount Peep My Drip will be required to collect will be in addition to your order total and any other fees payable by you, as required by applicable laws.
  • Sale taxes will apply in addition to the price shown on the site, and in any event, any such taxes will always be displayed prior to checking out. 
  • Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any sales tax, which may apply depending on your state of residence, location or otherwise, under provisions of local jurisdiction.

Disputes and Cancellations

We encourage you as a customer to make an attempt to resolve issues from your purchases with us via email. If for any reason you dissatisfy after making a purchase please our support team via email or if you encounter further disagreement from a transaction by reaching out to our Customer Support for assistance  here.

  • Order cancellations can be performed on Peep My Drip, when eligible, by Customer Support or by sending a request via the Contact Us page.
  • Initiating a Klarna, credit , or debit card dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation of our payment terms of service. Filing a chargeback will get your Peep My Drip account temporarily or permanently disabled without further notice . Note: Once you have filed a dispute with your bank , or payment provider, the funds or purchase can not be refunded by us due to it being out of our control.
  • In the event that you encounter an issue related to the goods provider to you, you are encouraged to use our Site's dispute form to settle the matter between us.
  • Peep My Drip, through its Payment Processor, reserves the right to cancel an order or place orders on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
  • All refunds and temporary credits to the customer shall be subject to full payment , or return of goods and the product may not be used, nor kept if payment is canceled for any reason.
  • If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the customer’s Peep My Drip original payment method minus processing fees.
  • Replacements for wrong products received can be performed by us based on the proof of receiving the wrong goods and promise to return the wrong product back. We may determine the amount of refunds we wish to offer, including no refunds or replacement.
  • Requests for refund can be performed through the contact us Page after the order is marked as Delivered, Returned, or Damaged.
  • Requesting to receive more goods from us beyond the goods purchased by contacting us, lying or misleading us is strictly prohibited.

Order Cancellations

Peep My Drip encourages customers to settle transaction issues mutually using the Contact Us Page.

  • Eligibility for requests to Peep My Drip to cancel an order will be assessed by our Customer Support team based on a number of factors, including , the status of the order, violations of our Terms of Service and (or) our Order Standards, general misconduct, and usage of the Peep My Drip ordering site and app. See below for Order specific eligibility.
  • Completed orders (or, where applicable, completed orders) may be canceled, upon contacting our Customer Support team, up to 30 days after the order (or shipment) is marked as complete by us or the carrier. Please be advised that orders cannot be partially canceled (i.e. we can not refund you for one item first while we’re in the process of shipping you the other one) . We can cancel the entire order after all the products are delivered or when it is necessary). 
  • In some circumstances, our Customer Support team may cancel a completed order after 30 days have passed from its completion. In such rare cases, the amounts paid for the canceled order will be returned to the customer’s Peep My Drip original payment method . You are not eligible to cancel an order based on the quality of goods if the product was rendered as described in the goods description. However, you may leave honest feedback about your experience about the product under the product Review Section, including the quality of product received.
  • You must read the product Description Page to ensure your concerns weren't already addressed under the product prior to contacting Customer Support. Customer Support will not remove a product from the site because you failed to read the entire description of the product which outlines issues related to the goods and will not refund for such. This does not include non-permitted usage of the card network.
  • Any eligible non-permitted usage of the card network encountered during an Order, after being reviewed by our Customer Support team, may result in the order being canceled and refunded. This includes, but not limited to; counterfeit, product not as described, or other violations of the card network’s Terms of use.
  • Peep My Drip Customer Support will cancel orders based on, but not limited to, the following reasons:

Processing orders (before order were processed and before the shipping label is created for the order on Peep My Drip):

  1. The shipment is delayed and undeliverable for more than 30 days while the order is marked as processing.
  2. Users are verbally abusive towards our support team and in other manners through threats of low ratings or ruining our reputation in any way (such as reporting false to BBB, affecting our character online) against us.
  3. Users premeditating or threatening to file claims with their bank while order is still in progress for any reason prior to delivery.
  4. The user account is restricted temporarily for any reason , and is no longer an active Peep My Drip user due to Terms of Service violations or closure of their account.

Delivered Orders (after the carrier marks the shipment Delivered Now and before the order is marked as complete)

  1. The customer uses the system to commit online fraud in a manner that causes a loss of $15 or more to Peep My Drip and we weren't aware prior to processing the goods. Note: Multiple reports of products not received , damaged , or product quality to cheat the system will result in permanent or temporary suspension of your account.
  2. The product is out of stock and restocking may take more than 14 days. 
  3. The customer requests additional product, on or off the Peep My Drip site and app, by falsely claiming non receipt of goods to our support team.
  4. The customer is threatening to leave a bad review before receiving the goods.
  5. Users who abuse the Refund option to receive more goods from us.
  6. Users who threaten to leave a damaging review about us online due to anger, impatience for no legit reasons.

Completed Orders (after the order is marked as complete by us or the carrier and before the 30-day return period)

  1. Users who have been reported to use foul languages during a conversation with our support team.
  2. Peep My Drip Customer Support will review cases of support teams accidentally marking orders as complete.
  3. Support team marked the order as completed but the customer did not receive the product .
  4. The customer notified us of receiving the wrong product within the 30 day return period or prior to marking the order as completed.

Peep My Drip reviews the reason for payment chargebacks and disputes regularly. Sometimes we may fight a chargeback due to the chargeback reason, and the statement given by the card holder. We work hard on resolving disputes in our favor. If we win the chargeback claim, Peep My Drip will retain parts or the full revenue, otherwise the chargeback amount will be returned back to the customer by the issuer.

When you dispute a charge that results in a loss to us for more than $15 , we'll disable your Peep My Drip account temporarily, or delete your account permanently without prior notice.

If the final resolution of the dispute results in a loss to us, you’ll be permanently banned from shopping on Peep My Drip or any other service owned by Peep My Drip.

  • Peep My Drip will automatically refund payments made for canceled orders back to your payment method . Refunds from order cancellations are returned to the customer's payment method minus our processing fee of 3% + $0.60 or as an account credit for future purchases on Peep My Drip. As of January 1, 2023, refund returned to your original payment method from canceled orders will not include processing fees paid, initial and return shipping cost. As of January 1, 2023, Peep My Drip returns funds to the original Payment Method once an order is canceled. In any event, if the refund amount were not returned to your original Payment Method following an order cancellation, such refund amount will be deducted from your next purchase on Peep My Drip. 
  • Direct refunds (i.e. refunds directly to your payment method) can be performed by our Customer Support team, based on the Order’s original payment amount and method. To prevent fraud and abuse, we limit the total amount of times customers can request a payment processing refund, which is subject to review by our Customer Support team. Such refunds may be subject to an additional processing fee.
  • A processing fee of 3% + $0.60 applies to every refund. 
  • If you receive free shipping , the cost of shipping will be deducted if your order results in a return that requires refund.
